Learn to put your personal spin on commercial copy! From infusing it with humor and one’s natural speaking patterns, to carving out peaks and valleys to make for a more compelling read, this webinar will teach you to make your commercial copy reads engaging and relatable for casting directors.
Select Backstage actors will be provided with commercial copy prior to the session for a hands-on approach to applying Nash’s techniques.
Emily is a Brooklyn-based Actor’s Equity actor, singer, and commercial coach. She has appeared in dozens of commercials, including national spots for Google Maps, Chase, Panera, Facebook, and more, as well as plays and musicals Off-Broadway and around the country. When not acting, Emily privately coaches commercial technique to actors of all ages and experience levels, as well as frequently teaches virtual commercial acting workshops through NCo Creations, a bicoastal performing arts organization for which Emily serves as the Director of Artistic Programs.
